Typically, if you plan to wear a suit or tuxedo twice, your best investment is to purchase.  One exception may be for youth rentals.  As boys and young men grow quickly, rentals often make more sense.

Yes, we provide a wide range of accessories including shoes, ties, cufflinks, suspenders, socks, and pocket squares to complete your look available at each of our three locations.

We recommend that wedding parties contact us as far in advance as possible to ensure that the color, style, and sizes of tuxedos or suits needed will be reserved for your special day.  For other rentals, we suggest 4-6 weeks advance notice so you get the color and style of rental you prefer.  However, we will do our best to accommodate every request – even with rentals from our on-hand inventory of tuxedos and suits.  Do you want to keep your wedding tuxedo or suit?  Remember that we offer a great selection of tuxedos and suits for purchase too!

Yes, we have a wide range of styles and colors for prom tuxedos that allow you to match a dress, school color, or create a custom look including traditional black and white, all white, as well as different shades of gray and blue.  Looking for burgundy or green?  We have those as well! We offer a variety of options to choose from. However, a coatless rental at J. Robert's Menswear starts at $195, and includes the vest, shirt, tie or bowtie, pants, and shoes.

A complete tux rental begins at $229.99 for a coat, vest, shirt, tie or bowtie, pants, pocket square, studs, cufflinks, and shoes.

Yes, we want people to come in and be sized so we know that the tuxedo or suit will fit you well!  Also, you will pick up the rental before your event to ensure the garments are tailored for you. We can also make some alterations on-site.

You will come to one of our three store locations in Elkhorn, Lake Geneva, or Janesville and be fitted for a suit or tuxedo.  We will send your selection and measurements to our rental partner.  Your tuxedo or suit will arrive at J. Robert’s already tailored for you.

We have tuxedos and suit rentals for big and tall size men in sizes up to 6XT for any occasion. Plus, we work with our rental partner to ensure all of our tuxedo rentals are tailored to fit great. Not sure on your measurements? Stop in at any of our three locations to get measured today.

You can return your rental by bringing it back to the store on the specified return date. Please make sure all items are included.  Late returns will have a fee assessed.

Yes, we have a policy on damages. If the tuxedo is returned in damaged condition, there will be a fee to repair or replace the tuxedo.
